A little too much desaturation, I think. Since you've kept as much red in her top as you did, you should keep a little bit of the color in her skin, otherwise it looks a little unbalanced. Her skin looks too cool in comparison.

Hi,I have filed H1B during August 09 ..my priority dates became current in Sep 09 and I have filed for AOS -485 /EAD ..Should I cancel my H1B or will it automatically get canceled once I receive my EAD ?Please suggest.

Hello IV members!!!!
I have recently obtained 3 years of H1B extension because my I-140 is approved and priority date is not current.
Soon after, I interviewed and managed to land multiple offers....! Got totally frustrated on the job front and waiting for PD to be current.
Questions:
1. Can I apply for multiple transfers at the same time?
2. Is PD portable, assuming employer doesn't withdraw I-140?
3. If I lose PD, can labor app be filed for me by the new company, say 6 months from now?
In general, I'm very concerned and would appreciate any help. If you know of good immigration lawyers, available for consultation, pls direct me to the website.

The full text of the bill has yet to be made available to the public. As soon as the bill, S. 1092 is available, we will post the detail. Please stay tuned to this web site.

Is there any realistic chance that this will get thru ?

I�m eb3 all other countries. My nationality is Canadian. Since a GC is not available shouldn�t the EAD I received be good for 2 years?

Trying to help Mother-In-Law over from China for visit. Unsuccessful w/ tourist Visa process, so now going for Green Card. Received Notice of Decision against me, unable to establish my Petitioner wife is daughter of Beneficiary Mother-In-Law. No hospital records. Previous evidence was "Notarial Certificate of Relationship." I have just received new evidence "Notarial Certificate of Birth" from civil authorities - along with affidavit from school teacher - I need to file EOIR-29, I think to call it APPEAL, OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE, MOTION TO RECONSIDER - can anyone provide a "go-by" as to what format my letter should take? Is letter format acceptable or is formal pleading format needed?
Time is of the essence, I have to file within 24 hours or give up and pursue DNA testing....

Hi,
Am on H4 and applied for H1B in May 2006. Because of emergency, we need to travel out of US; got the approval on Sept 7th and returned to US on Sept 10th. I lost hopes of Change of Status petition approval(as one of my friend's COS petetion is rejected eventhough she didnot leave US during H1 process), but surprisingly when I received my papers today, it is approved with old I-94 number. Thank God.
Now, Can I go ahead and apply for SSN. Can they ask me to go for stamping as the I-94 on the approval notice is different from the current I-94 in the passport?

Can one extend the H1B beyond 6 years based on the I-140 approval even after I-485 DENIAL ??
